Mr. Franz W. Kellar is a qualified engineering consultant with technical expertise in design rationalization, modularization, system architecture design, conceptualization of technical business strategy and complementary elements, visualization of complex information, and the linking of technical systems to business strategy and metrics.
 

Mr. Kellar began his career at General Electric Aircraft Engine Business Unit in Evendale, Ohio.  At GE, Mr. Kellar focused on the gas turbine design of military engine programs with the experience leading him to a position with Huffman Corporation.
 

Huffman Corporation, a privately-held technology provider, serves a variety of high-technology Fortune 100 manufacturers such as Boeing, GE, Pratt & Whitney, Johnson & Johnson and Biomet, as well as a wide range of mid-size and small, privately-held firms.

Huffman Corporation provides precision manufacturing systems relating to core manufacturing processes and is a well-known supplier of state-of-the-art computer controlled machining centers.  During his 14 years at Huffman Corporation, Mr. Kellar served as Vice President of Engineering as well as Senior Technical Vice President of Marketing and New Product Development. His progression culminated as Senior Vice President of Technology and Innovation, where he directed system design, process development, 3-dimensional modeling, aftermarket products and services, and technical sales support functions. 
 

 In 1990, Mr. Kellar met Norelli during a time that Huffman (a NORELLI client) was undergoing a business transformation.  During that engagement, Mr. Kellar was promoted to a more senior position based on the recommendations of Norelli.  Twelve years later (in 2003), Mr. Kellar formed Kinemax Engineering and affiliated with Norelli.
 

Mr. Kellar is a North Carolina Registered Professional Engineer.  He graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University in 1985.  In 2001, he earned his M.B.A. from the Fuqua School at Duke University.
